These tiny homes have become the toughest to sell, with buyers now eyeing larger spaces for similar prices.<\/p>\n<p>In early Q3, condos sold below list price in about 98% of GTA neighborhoods with at least five sales. That\u2019s an unusually wide window for negotiation, and it isn\u2019t just condos: single-family homes saw underbidding in roughly 92% of GTA neighborhoods.
